Kick Off
Start with a kick-off call with your Onboarding Manager to review the onboarding process, explore your practice workflows, set up users and practice details, and gain access to our learning resources.

Setup & Configuration
Use the setup wizard to verify practice information, configure user settings, add insurance details, set up your calendar, customize patient communication preferences, initiate enrollments, and start the eRX/EPCS process.

Patient Adoption
Our patient adoption program is designed to help you master the essential functions for optimizing patient care. You’ll learn how to add new patients, schedule appointments, send and merge intake forms, and navigate the check-in process. Your onboarding manager will also guide you through verifying patient eligibility and collecting payments.

Clinical Adoption
With clinical adoption, you’ll gain proficiency in key platform functions, including starting telehealth sessions, creating clinical notes, prescribing medications, and managing charge capture for billing. Your onboarding manager will also cover entering vitals, documenting patient history, creating lab orders, and assigning notes to other users.

Billing Adoption
Billing adoption is designed to help you master key tasks and streamline your billing operations. You’ll learn how to approve draft encounters, submit electronic claims, review Clearinghouse Reports, and apply ERAs, EOBs, and patient payments as needed.

Full Product Adoption
Once you’ve fully adopted the product, you’ll have the skills and knowledge to maximize your practice's efficiency and elevate patient care with Tebra. Your onboarding manager will continue offering personalized recommendations to ensure your long-term success.

After graduation, you'll have access to a range of resources and contact information for customer care. If you qualify, you'll also be introduced to a dedicated customer success manager who will support your ongoing needs.
