Our goal at Tebra is to make it easy for you to get the support you need, when and how you need it. This guide provides helpful details on our hours of operation, how to reach us, and additional resources available to you.
Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding national holidays.
Please note that in addition to our standard holiday closures, there may be other days when our offices will be closed. We will notify you in advance of any additional closures.
To reach Customer Care, you can submit a support request directly through the Customer Care Center in your app. In the app, you can upload attachments and track your case progress in real time.
You can also reach the Customer Care team directly by calling 1-866-938-3272.
For real-time assistance, you can also use our in-app chat feature. Just open the app and start a chat to get fast, personalized support whenever you need it.
