Kelvin S. Crezee DPM, FACFAS, of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona, is double board-certified in surgery and medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and the University of California at Berkeley. Jordan Richardson, DPM of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona received his bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University and his doctorate from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Podiatric Medicine in Pomona, California.

 

Dr. Richardson was born and raised in Arizona and loves the desert. He completed a three-year podiatric and surgical residency with reconstructive rearfoot and ankle certification at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. During residency training, he spent time training with top-tier surgeons and physicians. Training all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery including reconstructive diabetic limb salvage, foot and ankle trauma, and sports medicine. Prior to a career in medicine, Dr. Richardson acquired many skills from careers as a veterinary technician, police aide, and home automation. Zachary Flynn, DPM, FACFAS, is a podiatrist practicing at Arizona Foot Health in Phoenix, Arizona. After completing his residency, Dr. Flynn furthered his surgical expertise in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and total joint replacement by completing the Dr. Lawrence DiDomenico’s fellowship program in Youngstown, Ohio. Through this program, he gained valuable insights into performing limb salvage, Charcot reconstruction, revision surgery, and total ankle replacement. The totality of his training places Dr. Flynn in the unique position of having advanced training, surgical knowledge, and the patient skills to successfully treat the most complex lower extremity pathologies.

Dr. Meka received training in venous valve repairs, deep venous reconstructions, perforators ablations during medical school. During her General Surgery training at Memorial Health University in Georgia, she developed core vascular surgery operating skills. She also presented and published several vascular papers during her residency. She then completed advanced training in endovascular techniques during her vascular surgery fellowship. Dr. Meka completed her Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Arkansas in 2011. After Fellowship, Dr. Meka worked as a consulting vascular surgeon at Harris Methodist hospital in Texas. Dr. Farid Zehtab, DO is a General Surgery Specialist in Glendale, AZ, and has over 25 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Western Univ of Health Sciences/College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, Western University of Health Sciences medical school in 1997. He is affiliated with medical facilities such as Abrazo West Campus, Banner Estrella Medical Center, and Honor Health. She also incorporates oncoplastic techniques to provide optimal cosmetic outcomes after breast conservation surgery.

Dr. Angeles received her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. She completed her general surgery residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. Having a special interest in breast cancer, she went on to complete a breast surgical oncology fellowship at Medstar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C

In her spare time, she loves to travel, support her sons at their basketball games, and hike during the cooler months in and around Arizona.
