Dr. Albert Amini is the founder and President of Arizona Premier Surgery as well as a board-certified General Surgeon with fellowship training in minimally invasive surgery for the liver, pancreas, and bile ducts. Dr. Hormuz is a Fellowship-trained and Board-Certified Foot and Ankle Surgeon. She was born in Southern California, where she attended the University of California, Irvine, earning her Bachelors in Biological Sciences. In college, she volunteered with the Medical Initiative against Homelessness (MIAH) to run mobile clinics throughout Orange County and provide medical care to the homeless. She completed an internship with Hoag Hospital in Irvine and Newport Beach and received an Exemplary Service Award CCE Intern Telemetry. Dr. Hormuz also participated in research at the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and was published as a co-author.
She sustained several ankle injuries as an athlete in high school and college. Working with her own Podiatrist to rehab her ankle sparked her interest in the field, especially in Sports medicine.
Dr. Hormuz attended medical training in Arizona at Midwestern University Arizona College of Podiatric Medicine, where she received her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. During Podiatry school, she continued to volunteer with several homeless clinics to provide Podiatric medical care to the homeless population in Maricopa County, Arizona. Dr. Hormuz also served as the chapter president for the American Association of Women Podiatrists (AAWP). In her free time, she volunteered with the Special Olympics and multiple marathons to provide Podiatric screenings and medical aid to competing marathon runners.

Dr. Usman Urooj is a Board Certified Foot and Ankle Surgeon in Goodyear, Arizona.
Dr. Urooj’s passion for medicine began during his high school years. His love for science took him to the University of North Texas, where in 2014, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and graduated with honors. Then in 2018, he earned his Doctor of Podiatric medicine and surgery degree at Arizona College of Podiatric medicine-Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.
Upon graduation, Dr. Urooj matched at Carl T. Hayden Veterans Medical Center for his residency training in Foot and Ankle medicine and surgery.
