Paul Gill, M.D., grew up in Cypress, Texas and graduated from Jersey Village High School. Victoria C. Chang, MD, is an experienced Board Certified general and bariatric surgeon at Turnquest Surgical Solutions in Houston, Texas. She is also trained in robotic surgery as well as endoscopic procedures.
Dr. Chang is a native Texan, born and raised in the Houston area. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Austin where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration while completing medical school prerequisites with university honors.
Dr. Chang went on to attend medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where she quickly fell in love with the life-saving aspect of surgery and in particular, bariatric surgery. Afterward, she returned home to Houston, Texas, to complete a general surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She then accepted and completed a fellowship in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery with the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where she trained in a variety of laparoscopic procedures to treat morbid obesity, hernias, GERD, as well as many other surgical diseases.
Dr. Chang is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, as well as being a board certified surgeon.
