Dr. Quirk was born and raised in South Korea and immigrated to America as a young teen. She graduated on the dean’s honor list with a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California in Berkeley. After graduating, she spent some time conducting basic scientific research on a therapeutic recombinant proteinase before going to medical school. Dr. Quirk earned her medical degree from the University of California Irvine School of Medicine, graduating with a variety of honors and research awards.
She went on to discover her love and passion for surgery and completed an internship and residency in general surgery at Harbor–University of California Los Angeles Medical Center. Dr. Martina Randall is a board-certified, fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon in the Greater Los Angeles, California region. Dr. Randall specializes in the foot, ankle, and lower leg surgery and has a particular interest in sports medicine. Patients can be seen in Burbank, West LA, and Fountain Valley.
Dr. Randall’s practice focuses on minimally invasive, arthroscopic surgery of the ankle, cartilage restoration, trauma, reconstruction, tendon and ligament repair, total ankle joint replacement, and cosmetic surgery such as bunion and hammertoe correction.

During his tenure at UCSF, he has served in many roles including Vice-Chair of Surgery, Director of Robotic Surgery, Co-Director of the HPB & GI Oncology, Cancer Liaison Physician (CLP) to the Commission of Cancer, Chair of the Cancer Committee, and the Chairman of the Executive Committee at the Community Medical Centers (CMC) in Fresno, California.
Currently, Dr. Eghbalieh is the Director of Hepatobiliary Pancreatic Surgery and the Director of Robotic Surgery at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center (PHCMC) in Mission Hills, California. He also serves as the Chair of the Cancer Committee and Cancer Liaison Physician for the cancer program at PHCMC. Throughout his years of experience, he’s developed an amazing passion for taking care of patients with cancer, providing state-of-the-art treatments and a personalized, multidisciplinary plan of care.
He’s been recognized with a number of awards, including the American Cancer Society 2012 Physician Innovation Award for his work with pancreatic cancer patients; the Leukemia Lymphoma Society’s 2015 Man of the Year for Central California, and the Outstanding Leadership Award in 2017 for his role in the CMC Cancer Committee. His passion for treating pancreatic cancer patients also led him to serve as the Co-Chair of the Los Angeles Executive Leadership Committee for Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PANCAN). Dr. Eghbalieh currently oversees and runs the only pancreatic cancer patient support group in the San Fernando Valley and one of three in all of Los Angeles.
Dr. Eghbalieh has been very active in teaching the next generation of surgeons. He also has contributed to multiple research publications, abstracts, presentations at national meetings, and book chapters. To better serve those in his community, Dr. Eghbalieh is fluent in Persian, Spanish, Arabic, and English.

Trevan Fischer, MD, FACS, specializes in complex general surgical oncology and is certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Fischer is an experienced surgeon who offers patients in Santa Monica, California, the latest surgical techniques, including minimally invasive surgeries, to help in the battle against cancer. His thorough understanding of the nature of cancer allows him to perform complex surgeries that help him diagnose and treat a number of conditions including breast cancer, skin cancers, and soft tissue sarcomas.

Dr. Fischer began his medical career at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, where he earned his medical degree in 2008. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville in 2015, serving as chief resident from 2014-2015. In 2015, Dr. Fischer became a fellow at the John Wayne Cancer Institute where he completed two years of specialized surgical oncology training.
To continue his education, Dr. Fischer is a member of the Society of Surgical Oncology, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Medical Association.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Fischer’s involvement in research and clinical trials has led to numerous articles, papers, and presentations in peer-reviewed publications and at national conferences.
Dr. Fischer is constantly exploring new ways to gain the upper hand on cancer through state-of-the-art surgical techniques and brings this experience to the Southern California area. He also accepts patients across all of Southern California, including Bakersfield, San Luis Obispo and Palm Springs.
Dr. Fischer now has expanded his practice to Orange County and sees patients at both Providence St. Joseph and St. Jude.
