Dr. George T. Pisimisis, with his extensive 20-year tenure in vascular and endovascular surgery, recently held the position of Associate Professor of Vascular Surgery in the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery at The University of Texas.
Dr. Pisimisis began his illustrious medical career upon graduating from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. He further honed his skills through diverse fellowships at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, and the University of Illinois at Chicago, IL. Dr. Karmur graduated from medical school at the Western University of Health Sciences and completed his general surgery residency at Community Memorial Health System in Ventura, California. He then went on to sub-specialize and complete his fellowship in vascular surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
