Susie Rhee, MD, is a board-certified female plastic surgeon at Plastic Surgery Associates of Long Island in Roslyn Heights, New York. Sotirios Papafragkou, MD, FACS, is a triple board-certified surgeon at Plastic Surgery Associates of Long Island in Roslyn Heights, New York.
