Dr. Martha Ayewah is a Board Certified Cosmetic Surgeon based in Manhattan, NY. She is the owner and CEO of Ayewah Aesthetics Inc. and has just started her own private practice. Born in Nigeria and raised in the Netherlands, Dr. Ayewah grew up with an appreciation for diversity in languages, ethnic backgrounds, cultures and traditions. Sumit De, MD, is a fellowship-trained urologic oncology physician at Vantage Health and Wellness, who provides patient-centric care for adult men living in and around New York City, New York.

Dr. De has extensive experience diagnosing and treating a variety of urologic conditions. He uses the latest treatment advancements and completed fellowship training in robotic surgery at Henry Ford Health System—Vattikuti Urology Institute in Detroit, Michigan.

Dr. De completed his bachelor’s degree at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, and later earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Joseph Pober, MD, FACS, is a double fellowship-trained and double board-certified plastic surgeon performing procedures at his private practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City. Dr. Pober earned his medical degree from the esteemed Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Dronsky graduated from the Russian State Medical University in 1988. After training, he started his surgical career as a faculty member at the university. 

Dr. Dronsky gained extensive clinical research experience at Sutter Health California Pacific Medical Center, formerly known as UCSF California Pacific Medical Center. He then continued his surgical education as a resident at Lenox Hill Hospital and SUNY Downstate Medical Health Science Center. Sergei Dolgopolov, MD, is a founding partner at Lenox Hills Surgeons, LLP, located in the Lenox Hill area of Manhattan in New York City. 

In 1983, he graduated with honors and science awards from Sechenov Moscow Medical School. Dr. Dolgopolov started his surgical training as a resident in urology at Moscow Medical Academy Hospital Center and completed it with honors.

During her time as a resident, Dr. Paternina received comprehensive training in reconstructive surgery of complex foot and ankle deformities, including foot and ankle joint replacement, flatfoot, trauma, limb salvage, and advanced training techniques in treating difficult wounds. Her surgical abilities were so impressive that she earned the title of chief resident during her final year.

In addition to her surgical abilities, Dr. Paternina’s areas of expertise include pediatrics, sports medicine, arthroscopy, cartilage transplantation, plastic surgery, dermatology, and general foot care.
