Dr. Martina Randall is a board-certified, fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon in the Greater Los Angeles, California region. Dr. Randall specializes in the foot, ankle, and lower leg surgery and has a particular interest in sports medicine. Patients can be seen in Burbank, West LA, and Fountain Valley.
Dr. Randall’s practice focuses on minimally invasive, arthroscopic surgery of the ankle, cartilage restoration, trauma, reconstruction, tendon and ligament repair, total ankle joint replacement, and cosmetic surgery such as bunion and hammertoe correction.

During her fellowship at Virginia Mason Medical Center, Dr. Randall assisted the team physicians for the Seattle Seahawks(NFL), Seattle Storm(WNBA), and Seattle Sounders(MLS). She also serviced other sports teams, including multiple semi-professional, university, and high school teams in basketball, football, and track and field. One of Dr. Randall’s patients is competing in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

Robert Taylor, MD, is an expert in the management of cerebrovascular disorders. At Link Neuroscience Institute in Oxnard and Santa Baraba, California, he practices neurointerventional surgery, neurocritical care, and vascular neurology.
Dr. Taylor has previously served as director to the Vascular Neurology Fellowship and site director to the Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology Fellowship at the University of Minnesota/Fairview Hospital and the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. Sang Lee, MD, is a talented Pediatric Surgeon at California Pediatric Surgical Group in Santa Maria, Thousand Oaks, Santa Barbara, and two Ventura, California, offices. He has practiced as a Pediatric Surgeon for all of his professional career, though he’s certified in both Pediatric General/Thoracic Surgery and adult General Surgery. His areas of expertise include pediatric surgical oncology, advanced minimally invasive surgery, and neonatal surgery.
Dr. Lee was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and graduated with honors from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.
He completed all of his surgical training at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, with an internship and residency in General Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and a research fellowship and Pediatric Surgery fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital.
After completing his training, Dr. Lee joined the faculty at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Pediatric Surgery. He also held numerous local titles, including physician service leader for Pediatric Surgery, inpatient medical director of the North Carolina Children’s Hospital surgical floor, and the director of the surgical skills program in the General Surgery residency.
Dr. Lee served on a number of national committees, as well, including the Rare Tumors committee in the Children’s Oncology Group, the Education and Program committees of the Surgical Section of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the Industry Advisory committee of the American Pediatric Surgical Association. He’s also published over 30 manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals on topics ranging from Pediatric Surgery to basic science in surgical nutrition.

Board-certified general and bariatric surgeon Amir Mehran, MD, FACS, FASMBS, provides exemplary bariatric and general surgery at University Bariatrics in Thousand Oaks, California.
A Duke University Medical School graduate, Dr. Mehran completed his surgery residency in New Jersey, followed by a Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) and Bariatric fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida. He served as the UCLA Bariatric Surgery Program Chief for several years, prior to establishing his own surgical program in the Thousand Oaks area.

Karen Quirk, MD, FACS, is a highly-skilled vascular and endovascular surgeon on the team of providers at Coastal Vascular Center in Oxnard, Camarillo, and Simi Valley, California. She’s one of the few female surgeons in the field of vascular surgery, which only has a 10% female population nationwide.
Dr. Quirk was born and raised in South Korea and immigrated to America as a young teen. She graduated on the dean’s honor list with a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California in Berkeley. After graduating, she spent some time conducting basic scientific research on a therapeutic recombinant proteinase before going to medical school. Dr. Quirk earned her medical degree from the University of California Irvine School of Medicine, graduating with a variety of honors and research awards.
She went on to discover her love and passion for surgery and completed an internship and residency in general surgery at Harbor–University of California Los Angeles Medical Center. She found herself particularly drawn to vascular surgery because of the field’s technical elegance, its capacity for lifelong relationships with patients, and its challenges in managing complex vascular diseases. This passion bloomed during her vascular surgery fellowship at the University of California San Diego Medical Center and continues to drive her in practice today.
Dr. Quirk has a reputation for outstanding surgical skills and compassionate patient care. She’s a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Society for Vascular Surgery and is one of the few surgeons in Southern California capable of using fenestrated stent-graft technology to perform minimally invasive complex aortic aneurysm repairs. She manages the full spectrum of vascular disease at Coastal Vascular Center.

Kevin M. Major, MD, FACS, is a board-certified Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon with over 20 years of experience. He currently serves the community of Ventura County on the team of providers at Coastal Vascular Center, which has three state-of-the-art clinics in Oxnard, Camarillo, and Simi Valley, California.
Dr. Major graduated from the University of San Diego in 1992 with a degree in Biochemistry and a minor in Business Administration. He went on to earn his medical degree in 1998 from the Medical College of Ohio (now known as the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences) in Toledo.
Dr. Major returned to Southern California for his post-graduate training, completing a residency in General Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he also completed additional fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care. He went on to complete fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles.
Dr. Major holds certification from the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery, Surgical Critical Care, and Vascular Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Major has recently served as the chairman of the surgery department at Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura, California. He retains privileges at Community Memorial Hospital, St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, Pleasant Valley Hospital in Camarillo, and Adventist Health Simi Valley.

Gregory Albaugh, DO, FACS, is a board-certified vascular and endovascular surgeon who’s been providing Ventura County with exceptional medical care since 2004. He’s the founding member and managing partner of Coastal Vascular Center, which has three convenient locations in Oxnard, Camarillo, and Simi Valley, California.
Dr. Albaugh completed a fellowship in vascular surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. He’s a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and holds board certifications in general surgery and vascular surgery. Prior to founding Coastal Vascular Center, he was the medical director at St. John’s Regional Medical Center Peripheral Vascular Laboratory and the Pleasant Valley Wound Care Center in Camarillo, California.
In his work at Coastal Vascular Center, Dr. Albaugh is regarded as a regional expert in complex limb revascularization, carotid endarterectomy, endovascular and open aortic surgery, wound care, and the treatment of varicose veins and venous insufficiency.
