As I am exploring the options of being a Marriage and Family therapist I explore on the non-transitional setting. I found out by using creative arts such as music, dancing, poetry, drama, and more becomes a way for individuals to heal their trauma as a medium. Embracing and embarking on the journey creates an outlet to uncover the invisible scar wounds.
