Her academic journey initially led her towards a career in medicine, though her profound interest in mental health altered the trajectory of her career toward psychology and mental health. After graduating from Regis, she pursued further studies in psychology, obtaining a Master's degree, followed by a Ph.D., in Clinical Psychology from Saybrook University in Pasadena, California. Dr. Pantuso has worked with survivors of sex trafficking, abused and neglected children, foster children, at-risk/homeless youth, and youth on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum in community mental health, nonprofit, juvenile probation, and private settings. She received predoctoral and postdoctoral training in psychological assessment, and has been testing for ADHD, Autism, and other psychological disorders for the past six years.
