Fatima Cervantes, LCSW (99162) is a bilingual, Latina psychotherapist and proud Los Angeles native. She received her master's degree from UCLA's graduate school of social work and has experience working in community mental health, maternal mental health, and with forensic populations.
Her transparent and collaborative approach integrates parts work and somatic therapy interventions into her work with the center. She is passionate about placing mental health in socio-political context, considering the societal and environmental influences as well as personal factors in therapy. Vitoria Cottiss, AMFT (146982), is a bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist completing her post-graduate clinical fellowship in psychedelic psychotherapies at the center. Vitoria nurtures deep self-awareness and focuses on uncovering and understanding the hidden layers of experiences and behaviors. Her holistic, trauma-informed, and inclusive approach carefully integrates the unique occupational, social, sexual, cultural and spiritual identities of her clients as essential aspects of the therapeutic journey.
Clinically trained in psychodynamic, emotionally-focused, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapies, her diverse experience includes working in grief camps, educational settings and substance abuse treatment centers, where she has honed her skills in providing compassionate care. Vitoria also holds certifications in breathwork and meditation, often integrating these supportive mindfulness tools into her therapeutic practice.

Dr. Heather Kertesz-Briest is a Clinical Pediatric Psychologist with a specialization in the assessment and treatment of youth with acute and chronic health conditions. Dr. Heather has over ten years of experience in pediatrics, working with children, adolescents, and young adults in pediatric medical settings throughout the country. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Alliant International University California School of Professional Psychology, completed her pediatric-focused residency at Children’s Hospital of Michigan, and a two-year pediatric-focused fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Dr. Heather has expertise in providing consultation, psychotherapeutic intervention, and psychodiagnostic and cognitive assessment for a wide range of presenting concerns including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating and feeding difficulties, neurodevelopmental disabilities, and academic and learning difficulties, amongst others.
