Anne Bartolucci, PhD, CBSM, is a licensed clinical psychologist and board-certified behavioral sleep medicine specialist at Atlanta Insomnia and Behavioral Health Services, PC, in Decatur, Georgia. Dr. Bartolucci goes beyond standard sleep hygiene therapies, designing each patient a personalized treatment plan to address their specific sleep challenges.
In addition to her certification in behavioral sleep medicine (CBSM), Dr. Bartolucci qualified as a Diplomate in Behavioral Sleep Medicine (DBSM). Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology and mathematics from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama, and a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia.
Dr. Bartolucci completed her predoctoral internship at the Central Arkansas Veterans’ Health Administration in Little Rock, Arkansas, and earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Georgia. She is currently an affiliate with the Medical College of Georgia, the Veteran’s Health Administration, and the Center of Excellence for Suicide Prevention (where she has previously collaborated on clinical research surrounding connections between sleep and suicide risk). We are thrilled to have her as part of the team. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the Society for Behavioral Sleep Medicine, and the National Register for Health Service Psychologists. Dr. Speed has a passion for treatment of the range of sleep problems with special interest in treatment of nightmares, insomnia and sleep apnea that often co-occur with other physical and psychological wellness challenges. I completed my Fellowship in behavioral sleep treatment here at Atlanta Insomnia and Behavioral Health Services under the tutelage and mentorship of Dr. Bartolucci.
