I work with children 5 years of age and older, adolescents, and adults. Many clients I work with are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, impulsivity, emotion regulation, relationship issues, family conflict, self-harm behaviors, and/or problems with self-esteem.
As a person-centered therapist, I focus on providing a nonjudgmental, validating space for clients to navigate through difficult emotions and explore their values and identity. I offer sessions virtually and in-person, accommodating after school/evening hours. Please call or email if you feel like this could be the right fit for you or your child.
I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and play therapy to help clients process emotions and develop skills to cope with these challenges. When treating children and adolescents, I work closely with parents/guardians to develop strategies to best support their child throughout the therapy process.
