He has extensive community health experience, palliative care, acute care, medical surgical, intensive care and emergency room experience working inpatient and outpatient behavioral health units, including detox units, acute crisis units, intensive outpatient programs and a military PTSD program. As a patient of Ms Dempsey, you will have a full psychiatric evaluation, and she will prescribe and manage any medication you may require, and provide brief psychotherapy. Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, insomnia, attention deficit, post traumatic stress disorder, and dementia.
