Samuel Apeatu, MD, is a skilled, board-certified neurologist practicing at Complete Neurological Care. Dr. Ellen Edgar is the president of Complete Neurological Care, P.C. in New York and Florida. She is an American Board Certified Neurologist who holds double board certification from The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and The American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology (ABCN).
