Yash Mehndiratta, MD, is a sleep specialist at Sleep Services of Maryland LLC, providing complete diagnostics and treatment services for all sleep disorders in Rockville, Germantown, and the nearby Maryland communities, including Gaithersburg, Potomac, Bethesda, and the entire Montgomery County. She is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Michigan-Flint. Before she became a Doctor of Nursing Practice mental health professional, Dr. Dunn worked as a psychiatric nurse with individuals that had various mental health challenges in both hospital settings and correctional facilities.

Bethany is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She completed her post Master’s certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Johns Hopkins University, graduating in the Summer of 2024.
Bethany has over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She holds Bachelor degrees in both Psychology from Mary Washington University and Nursing from Shenandoah University (BSN). She practiced as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Inova Fairfax Hospital for 5 years before obtaining her Master’s degree from Frontier University in 2015. She has been practicing as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for the past 9 years in primary care, urgent care and outpatient psychiatric settings.
She discovered a passion for helping patients manage their mental health, and decided to focus her practice in psychiatry. She enjoys working with patients to manage their anxiety, insomnia, OCD, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and PTSD.
Dr. McNeill PhD, is a dedicated nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in family medicine and psychiatry, with expertise in managing conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and eating disorders. In addition to her clinical role, she serves as an associate professor in the Department of Health, Human Services, and Science at the University of Arizona Global Campus.

She earned her degree at Florida State University, where she specialized in Family/Internal Medicine. With a sub-specialty in adult, child, and adolescent psychiatry, from Shenandoah University. She has several years of experience in community health, outpatient clinics, and inpatient hospitals. Her areas of expertise include depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and perinatal/postpartum.
