He specializes in assisting patients with different mental disorders, including anxiety, ADHD, Autism, eating disorders, depression, PTSD, Schizophrenia, and Alzheimer’s.
He can also collaborate with psychiatrists and treatment teams and refer patients to other disciplines when needed.
Richard typically sees patients later in the afternoon and early evening, around 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. He warmly welcomes all patients to the Lifespan Psychiatry & Wellness Center and looks forward to caring for them across their lifespan.

Priti Palvadi, MD, is a neurologist at Houston Neurological Institute in Pasadena and Pearland, Texas.
Dr. Priti Palvadi attended Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, India. She then completed her neurology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas, serving as Chief Resident in her final year. Lauren D. Weaver, M.D. is a board-certified child neurologist at THINK Neurology for Kids in Katy, Texas. With additional training in epilepsy, Dr. Weaver specializes in interpreting EEGs (brain wave studies) in children with known or suspected seizures and collaborates with the other providers at THINK Neurology for Kids to manage and treat childhood epilepsy.
Dr. Weaver completed medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, followed by a combined residency training in pediatrics and child neurology at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She later moved up to New York City for a fellowship in pediatric epilepsy at Columbia University.
