Michelle Kluczinske, PMHNP-BC, is an experienced psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner at Ocean Psychiatry in Freemont, California. At the practice, Michelle offers compassionate and effective care to every patient she sees.
Michelle has experience in psychotropic medication management in outpatient and long-term care settings. She worked with patients 16 years old and over who experienced depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and psychosis.
Her nursing experience includes working in inpatient psychiatric units, a psychiatric emergency department, psychiatric outpatient clinics, day programs, substance rehabilitation, and interventional psychiatry.
