She graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Master of Science in Nursing degree specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2020. Hannah has been a Registered Nurse working in the psychiatric field since 2015, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. She is passionate about providing quality and comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Adam Nicholas has over 10 years of experience practicing psychiatry in the Tri-City area. Dr. Nicholas is passionate about providing care for patients with severe mental illness and those in crisis. He began practicing inpatient psychiatry at McLaren Bay Region in 2011 and he continues to provide care for patients on the behavioral health unit and also on the medical floor as a part of the consultation liaison service. Dr. Nicholas also assists and supervises in the care of patients at the partial hospitalization program and geriatric psychiatry unit at McLaren Bay Region. He provides leadership as chairperson of the psychiatry department and Medical Director of the of the behavioral health unit. In addition to his other roles, Dr. Nicholas also supervises medical students and residents on their psychiatry rotations as clinical assistant professor of psychiatry through the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University.
