In the presence of real, distressed patients, it comes off as flippant, disbelieving, & the opposite of warm and caring. It was clear that he made a judgement about me within five minutes and then declined to treat me, recommending me to another facility. It wasn't a referral, and he was unable to answer any questions about their program. I paid $430 for a phone number.”
