Dr. Rodrigo Falcao has almost 20 years of clinical experience in Psychiatry. Upon the end of his training he practiced Psychiatry for 2 years in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in several different settings and performed diverse clinical roles. He then moved to the US where he had his second Psychiatry Residency training at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami Miller School. 
 
Dr. Falcao has worked for 6 years, in Community Mental Health settings providing services to Springfield/ Holyoke community, in Massachusetts. He provided care to an extensive Hispanic population in that area, (most of the individuals were originally from Puerto Rico).
