Vanessa assesses, diagnoses, treats, and manages a wide range of mental health disorders in both children and adults. She can supplement medication management with brief psychotherapy. Vanessa is passionate about developing flexible, dynamic, appropriate, and approachable treatment plans with her patients. Her treatment plans are creative and holistic, taking into account not only evidence-based treatment guidelines but also each patient's unique story, culture, and preferences. Vanessa's ultimate goal is to help her patients achieve a healthy, meaningful, and thriving life.
