I called and left a message, but no one returned my call, so I had to find the virtual waiting room myself. I was then told I should have called and left a message—which I had. Most concerning, I was told the office would follow up. Nine days later, I have received no follow-up at all. I would not trust them with ongoing psychiatric care or medication management. Huge waste of my time and $$”
