I am a Boston-based psychiatrist trained both in psychotherapy and medication management. Through my clinical practice, I offer you a welcoming, empathic, and warm space so that you feel confident, safe, and enthusiastic about sharing your thoughts, emotions, challenges, and goals.
During our time together, I help you better understand your inner world and how it affects your behaviors, social environment, and relationships. I help you gain heightened self-awareness for making deep-seated and meaningful changes to your personality and emotional development.
I look forward to meeting you and developing a plan to assist you in moving forward in your journey toward hope and healing. I believe that developing a therapeutic alliance with my client is the most important part of my treatment.
I have been working in the field of mental health for over two decades as a social worker, nurse, therapist and nurse practitioner. My experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics and in emergency services.
My goal is to combine therapeutic strategies, along with medication management in helping you achieve your treatment goals.
