Claudette L. Blake-Tonge, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, MSN, BSN, RN is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Claudette specializes in providing psychiatric diagnostic assessments, medication management, treatment for anxiety, depression, bipolar, self-esteem management and psychotherapy. Her education includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a Post Masters Certificate as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a specialization in Clinical Nursing Management. Nina Patel, CRNP, is a certified psychiatric nurse practitioner at Alpine Psychiatry in King of Prussia (KOP), Pennsylvania. Nina takes pride in providing high-quality, personalized, and comprehensive care to all patients 12 years and up at the adult and child psychiatry practice. She offers both in-person and telemedicine appointments.

In 2019, Nina earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Nursing from Bucks County Community College in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Next, she received a Bachelor's in Nursing from Anderson University (AU) in Anderson, South Carolina, followed by her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2021, which she also obtained at AU.

Before joining Alpine Psychiatry, Nina worked as a Charge Nurse at Horsham Clinic in Ambler, Pennsylvania.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Nina’s goal is to provide culturally informed mental health care to complex acute and chronic psychiatric disorders while having the patient play an active part in decision-making.

Sudhir Aggarwal, MD, PhD, is a highly trained and compassionate neurologist dedicated to using the best and latest treatments to help patients live a long, meaningful life. He welcomes new and existing patients at his practice, Lower Merion Neurology PC, located in Paoli, Pennsylvania, and Narberth, Pennsylvaniaand serving the larger Main Line area, where his expertise in treatment options ensures that his patients maintain optimal neurological health.

Dr. Aggarwal specializes in treating stroke, migraines, seizures, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease, in office and hospital settings. He offers comprehensive services for Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. He also has extensive experience injecting Botox® to relieve muscle spasticity and migraine headaches. He then went on to finish fellowship training in Vascular Neurology at Rutgers University- New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. Dr. Aggarwal is Board-certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology.

Dr. Aggarwal brings a broad range of neurology experience to his practice, having worked at teaching and community hospitals and serving as the Medical Director of stroke services at a suburban community hospital. He holds academic appointments at Philadelphia’s Lewiz Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Since earning a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Dr. Aggarwal has taken an active role in medical research. He has authored multiple articles and presented his work at numerous conferences, including the International Stroke Conference and meetings of the American Academy of Neurology. He has been invited to lecture on neurological topics and to participate in televised discussions on stroke and other neurological conditions.

Miss Fordjour is the founder of ROW Psychiatric Services. She is licensed and board- certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. Miss Fordjour has over 13 years of extensive expertise in Nursing, spanning from cardiology to psychiatry. In her therapeutic approach Rosemary focuses on leveraging the unique strengths, challenges and needs of each individual by focusing on the positive. Rosemary's care is based on the premise that patients who require mental health care respond best to a combination of therapy and medication. She places special emphasis on the integration of a psychotherapeutic approach with careful and limited use of medication prescribed only when necessary.

Asiyah Farhane stands out in her incredible passion and unwavering dedication in giving back to her community.

She earned her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College, and is a
Brooklyn native.  Asiyah is also a first generation Moroccan American, which has given her the invaluable personal experience of overcoming diversity and navigating the challenges American culture often throws at first generation Americans.  

Asiyah specializes in working with children and parents in navigating neurodivergence, intergenerational trauma, and multicultural experiences. Her patient and empathetic approach creates a safe space for families to navigate a multitude of challenges, and build on the strengths that come with neurodiversity and trauma.  

Asiyah has worked extensively with children and families within the carceral and foster care system. Asiyah embraces a holistic approach acknowledging the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being. Her dedication
to fostering growth and resilience in each client, is complemented by her ability to tailor therapeutic techniques to suit each individual's unique needs.

On her free time, Asiyah enjoys reading Sci-fi, and painting things she doesn’t finish.
