My purpose in life is to guide people to self-empowerment and self-actualization while achieving optimal health and well-being. I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 19 years of nursing experience. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Summa Cum Laude, and her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) Magna Cum Laude. During my career, I have worked in large institutions, patient’s homes, and outpatient settings, most recently at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians.
I take pride in caring for individuals of all ages, sexes, races, and socioeconomic groups. I meet people where they are and utilize a holistic person-centered approach to treat psychiatric disorders. I am particularly interested in trauma, substance use disorders, and their ripple effect on friends and families.
