He currently sees adolescents ( ages 13 +) and adults for management of mental illnesses including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety disorders, etc. He completed his Registered Nursing degree from Reynolds Community College and his Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from Wilkes University.

Dr. McNeill PhD, is a dedicated nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in family medicine and psychiatry, with expertise in managing conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and eating disorders. In addition to her clinical role, she serves as an associate professor in the Department of Health, Human Services, and Science at the University of Arizona Global Campus.
Dr. McNeill holds a Ph.D. in Human Services with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from Capella University. She earned her MSN from the University of South Alabama with a focus on family practice, an MBA and a BsIT from AIU, and a BSN from Emory University. This diverse educational background equips her with a comprehensive skill set to navigate the complexities of healthcare.
