For her post-graduate studies, Ingrid pursued a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. She completed her doctorate in healthcare administration at the Virginia University of Lynchburg. Ingrid has extensive experience working with severe mental health conditions.

I obtained my Post-Master Certificate as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from George Mason University in 2019 and my Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2021. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice with an integrative functional medicine lens. I seek to identify and treat all underlying factors contributing to my one's mental health concerns. It is my goal to develop a personalized treatment plan and provide the highest level of therapeutic services.

Christine is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who has experience treating patients across the life span. Christine received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Delaware, specializing in psychiatry/mental health. Her doctoral project was on mindfulness in substance use disorders. Christine has worked in the outpatient mental health setting since 2019. During that time, she has treated patients with a variety of mental health conditions. Prior to working in the outpatient mental health setting, Christine was a critical care registered nurse rotating between five specialty intensive care units in a large health system. During this time, she helped treat and advocate for clients with acute and chronic psychiatric conditions in the setting of an acute medical illness. Christine sees patients of all ages and treats all mental health issues.
