After completing a neurology residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, he furthered his knowledge and expertise with fellowships in clinical neurophysiology and pain management.
Dr. Mosquera returned to Venezuela to work at INNAP for two years, providing neurological care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. He served as a consultant neurologist at Campbell County Health in Gillette, Wyoming, before opening Neuroclinics in 2020. Dr. Mosquera is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is licensed to practice in Florida, Arkansas, and Venezuela.

Dr. Trevor D. Barton, DO is a board-certified neurologist with advanced fellowship training in vascular neurology. Dr. Ali Hamzehloo is a fellowship-trained neurologist with more than a decade of experience in general neurology, vascular (stroke) neurology, and neurointerventional care.
