Daniela Stamatoiu, MD, is the founder of Paramount Health Directions in Denver, Colorado, and a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience treating children, adolescents, & adults across a variety of conditions.

Dr. Stamatoiu completed medical school at the Bucharest University of Medicine and Pharmacology in her home country of Romania, before moving to the United States for a Psychiatric Residency with the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Patrick Hickey is a dual certified family psychiatric mental health and family nurse practitioner. He began his health career enlisting as United States Naval hospital corpsman at 18. Patrick pursued a bachelors and Masters degree in nursing at Molloy College in Rockville Centre NY and moved to the Tampa Bay Where he completed a masters in family practice nursing as well as an Executive MBA with University of South Tampa Business school. He has extensive community health experience, palliative care, acute care, medical surgical, intensive care and emergency room experience working inpatient and outpatient behavioral health units, including detox units, acute crisis units, intensive outpatient programs and a military PTSD program. Kelly Smiley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a specialization in psychiatry. She sees patients at Magnolia Medical Group, which has locations in Denver and Wheat Ridge, Colorado. 

Kelly graduated with her MSN from the University of Miami in 2010, having obtained her accelerated BSN in 2005 from the same university. She began her nursing career in an intensive/critical care unit. Prior to nursing, she obtained a BA in Spanish literature from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1999. Upon completion of her MS, Kelly returned to Colorado, where she'd grown up, to begin her family and professional NP career.

Kelly began her NP career serving nearly six years as a primary care provider and clinic manager of a non-profit federally qualified health center providing free integrated medical, behavioral health, dental, and social services to Native American and Alaska Natives of all ages. She spent one year in geriatric medicine before specializing in psychiatric, mental health, and addiction medicine in 2019.

Kelly's approach is authentic, personable, and holistic. She values getting to know her patients on a personal level, ensuring her clients gain a full understanding of their health issues, and empowering them to collaboratively manage their health conditions and outcomes with her. Ingrid Suazo, DrHA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She completed her master’s degree in nursing at West Coast University in California. For her post-graduate studies, Ingrid pursued a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. She completed her doctorate in healthcare administration at the Virginia University of Lynchburg. Ingrid has extensive experience working with severe mental health conditions.

Dr. McNeill PhD, is a dedicated nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in family medicine and psychiatry, with expertise in managing conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and eating disorders.
