John Redmond, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is an ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse, licensed to practice in Tennessee and Mississippi. He’s happy to be part of the Pathways to Wellness Team in Memphis, Tennessee.
John earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a bachelor's degree in liberal arts from the University of Mississippi at Oxford, and a Master’s in the Science of Nursing from Walden University.
He’s also served as part of the trauma team at Regional One Health in Memphis, Tennessee, as the Director of Nursing Administration at Lakeside Behavioral Health in Memphis, and on the surgical services and diagnostic imaging team at St. Jude.
John is a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving as an infantry officer with the 101st Airborne Division. His military service gives him insight and a special connection to the veterans he treats who are experiencing post-traumatic stress.
Amanda Woodall, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Interventional Psychiatry Group in Memphis, Tennessee.
Amanda earned her Doctorate of Nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center. Prior to that, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mississippi.
Amanda works hard to build collaborative relationships with her patients and believes in the power of shared decision-making when developing a treatment plan. While she carries the expertise in mental health treatment, it is her patients who are experts in telling their life stories. In order to create an effective treatment plan, the two must collaborate together.
When not seeing patients, Amanda enjoys keeping up with sports. During college football season, you’ll find her cheering on Ole Miss and Alabama. She also enjoys all things basketball – college, NBA and WNBA.
Jim Pang, Jr., MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Interventional Psychiatry Group in Memphis, Tennessee. He has been in practice since 1978 and holds licenses to practice medicine in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
Dr. Pang graduated from Southwestern (now Rhodes College) in 1973 and the University of Arkansas School of Medicine in 1977. He completed his residency in psychiatry at the Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, where he was also chief resident. He came to Memphis in 1987 to work as a psychiatrist and medical director at Lakeside Behavioral Health after teaching psychiatry as an assistant clinical professor at the University of Vermont School of Medicine for six years.
In addition to seeing patients at Methodist Hospital in Memphis and Magnolia Regional Health Center, he is the Chairman of Psychiatry at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis and the medical director for Delta Behavioral Health in Manila and Blytheville, Arkansas.

Schyler Webber, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner serving patients at Interventional Psychiatry Group in Memphis, Tennessee.
Schyler earned her Master of Science in Nursing Psychiatric Mental Health Specialty from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in psychological sciences from Belmont University.
As a provider, Schyler’s goal is for her patients to feel safe, heard, and cared for. Schyler prides herself on giving patients her undivided attention during appointments, and it is her goal for all patients to leave their visit feeling secure in the treatment plan created together.
When not seeing patients, Schyler enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time outside with her husband and two standard poodles.
Schyler is now accepting new child and adolescent patients ages 6 and up, as well as new adult and geriatric patients.

Dr. Amin, an Oklahoma native, pursued his undergraduate years at University of Texas in Austin. He then completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Florida.
Dr. Amin is dedicated to helping those with mental and behavioral health needs. He enjoys mentoring other Healthcare Professionals and supporting the community through Psychiatric Medicine.
An avid outdoorsman, Dr. Amin has a particular interest in running, hiking, playing sports, and travel. With a focus on healthy living, Dr. Amin shares his passion and approach to a balanced lifestyle with his patients.
