Been going with Dr. D’Sylva since the day both my kids were born. 20 years and still go to her. She’s so great and always shows concern with all their needs. Office staff is also very friendly. I will continue going with her till Show moremy kids become adults.

While I can see the attempt to hire other doctors to assist with patient care, the wait time in the room is still needing improvement. Front office staff was kind and courteous, medical assistant checking vitals has some room for growth. I believe that when you are working with children and families that there's is a level of kindness and sensitivity that should be displayed. Customer service, cultural competency and compassionate care, are areas for growth.
