This past therapy session I broke down crying its still very hard for me to cry, but I was told by Yulisa its ok to feel my feelings, I have the right to set my boundaries. She made me feel like I was in the care off. That someone as her could make me feel safe.
The assistance with processing my thoughts is outstanding. I enjoy the way she helps me out with that!!!

Yulisa is very comfortable to talk to. After leaving our session I feel a weight off of me. She makes me feels good about choosing to attend therapy
Today's appointment was interesting, I have abandonment issues, therefore, I don't want to abandon others, because I have experience with that within my family. I don't like to get emotional still. I feel that I have no more tears to cry. It's something we will further talk about next session. It was a good session I just thought I healed from that, but sadly not. I guess its a process I have to take.

Amazing
So today session made me feel pretty good inside and out. It is okay if I experience anger. It’s a feeling, and it will pass. Just move on with my day. The more I go, the more she lets me know that nature is my peace of mind place. That made me feel like, it’s okay if I want to move on from some of the people that first helped me. Some people are in your life for a session. She taught me how to set boundaries, I’m realizing it doesn’t sit well with others, and that’s okay.

Great therapist. Down to earth person which is important because I wanted a therapist who relates to me. Easy to talk to. Doesn't talk over you. Doesn't tell you what to do she helps you realize what you need to do for yourself

A session with Yulisa is like a big, long, warm hug from someone who really sees you and lets you be who you are. I don't have enough words to say how great it feels coming out of our couples therapy sessions with her. She gives us the space to speak about what's been heavy on our minds, and creates a safe place for each for us to be able to express ourselves without being hurtful - and always reminds us to give ourselves grace and kindness as we work out our issues.
Really helps me get a clearer understanding of the things I have going on. Grateful for all her help
