Dr. Hancock is so attentive and caring of her patients. My son used to feel nervous going to the doctor but when I mention that he's going to see Dr. Hancock he is relaxed. We just love her caring nature and knowledge of pediatric care.

Dr. Hancock makes doctor appointments engaging and fun for my 4 year old daughter. Her enthusiasm for children, her regard for parents and her love of medicine are always front and center during every interaction. And her level of responsiveness is stellar. My daughter literally caught pink eye right before we were headed on vacation. - I contacted Dr. Hancock, she conducted a telemedicine appointment and confirmed that pink eye was the condition, and called in a prescription.
