Yelena Kipervas, DO, has 20 Years in business and is a board-certified osteopathic family physician serving patients from in and around Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Through her work at the Laser and Cosmetic Center, Dr. Kipervas helps patients look and feel their very best.
Dr. Kipervas began her education at Moscow Medical Academy. After immigrating to the United States, she continued her medical training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her postdoctoral training at the State University of New York in Buffalo.
Passionate about continuing to augment her skills and experience, Dr. Kipervas began working at Pocono Medical Center in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Since 2004, she's also served as an adjunct clinical professor of family medicine at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Kipervas is licensed to practice medicine in both Pennsylvania and New York state. Her professional memberships include the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Kipervas and her staff was highly respectful, honest, and knowledgeable about my medical concerns. They were able to answer my family’s concerns about treatment and cost. Most importantly, Dr. Kipervas assistant told us about a medical plan that would be financially beneficial to us. My family and I are very thankful for the amount of sincere support that we received on our first visit. Additionally, there was such a peaceful atmosphere throughout the office.
