The staff was very friendly and attentive, and my doctor had great bedside manners and very informative on a level for which anybody would understand. I can’t wait to get started with them and see what they have planned for me.
William E. Durrett, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain management physician offering cutting-edge regenerative medicine pain management services. He is the owner of Novo Wellness in Aiken and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Dr. Durrett attended Valdosta State University and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia. He went on to earn his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine. Dr. Durrett underwent his general surgery internship at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, and completed his anesthesiology and pain management residencies at the Medical College of Georgia.
For over a decade, Dr. Durrett has served as a guest speaker for seminars across the country. He is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and attends several meetings and conferences to stay current with the most innovative technology in interventional pain management. His goal is to offer the latest advancements in his field to his patients.

Dr. Durett is very nice and very fast. He always tells me to stretch everyday. He cares about his patients. Plus without his crew being all friendly, especially Jenn. She is as nice as anyone can be. She takes the time to see how I'm doing all the time. They all are very nice.

Dr Durett takes the time to listen to his patients. He honestly cares that his patients are in pain. He has gone above & beyond for me and I’m certain he does this for all his patients.
