He became a Doctor for all the right reasons. This gentleman is just that! He’s been so kind and really doesn’t miss anything! His team is so lucky to train under him, he is my humble opinion brilliant. He basically is the best DShow moreoctor in the state of Maryland period. I listened to every thing he reminded me to do, and my health and life turned around. He’s 5 stars ( but he’s humble about it) that’s hard to find in some doctors. William Condrell, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Condrell Primary Care in Washington, DC, and Bethesda, Maryland. He enjoys being a physician and genuinely looks forward to seeing his patients every day.
Dr. Condrell earned his Bachelor of Arts in biology from Pomona College in Claremont, California. He then graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, with a Master of Science before earning his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine. After graduating, he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center.
He opened Condrell Primary Care in 1999. Dr. Condrell specializes in acute and urgent care, adolescent medicine, annual physicals, cardiac evaluations, preventative health, sports injuries, and vaccinations.
Dr. Condrell believes it is most important to get to know his patients and encourages them to ask questions, so he fully understands their needs. He creates a relationship with patients that allows their participation in determining treatment options. His excellence is recognized by many, as he was awarded Top Doctor by Washingtonian Magazine in 2014 and 2017, as well as by Consumer Checkbook.
Dr. Condrell lives in Warrenton, Virginia, with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, cycling, horseback riding, skiing, and doing ceramics. His favorite books include “Love in the Time of Cholera” and “7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” and some of his favorite artists are James Taylor, David Gray, and Natalie Merchant.

Dr. Condrell is very thorough and has excellent bedside manners. He spends time examining and talking to patients to get a full picture of their condition and concerns. The staff are also very professional and courteous.

After waiting six months for an appointment with Dr. Condrell, I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. I was taken back to the exam room on time where the medical assistant performed a quick history. I then sat for an hour waiting for the doctor. At which time I left. If the doctor has no respect for my time, I have a deep concern if my health would ever be a priority. I will never know. Unsurprisingly, my existing prescriptions were entered incorrectly into their electronic database and sent to my pharmacy. I had to spend hours correcting this mistake.
Always a very pleasant experience with Dr. Condrell and his staff, including his nurse assistant Claire. Dr. Condrell always listens and gives clear explanations and directions regarding our health issues.
Dr. Condrell has a remarkable ability to connect with patients. He has demonstrated and provided me expert and useful options to help improve my over-all health. The doctor and his support staff have always shown to me a thorough and meticulous approach to patient care. His office environment is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Condrell is a wonderful doctor, if you can get in to see him. And twice, now, he has kept me waiting almost an hour past my appointment time. Nurse practitioners are very good and appointments are easier to obtain. Finally, not sure why it was necessary to charge me $75.00 to take my blood and urine sample for annual physcial.
Dr. Condrell is everything you would want in a Dr. He cares deeply about the well being of his patients. He listens intently and discusses potential courses of action to address concerns with the patient. His knowledge and experience enable him to address patient concerns on the entire body

Terrific caregiving from the entire staff. Prompt replies to emails, even after hours. Dr. Condrell and Morgan Shumate, in particular, are excellent. Highly recommend this practice.
Annual wellness visit. Was through and informative. Dr Condrell answered all my questions and provided good advice.
I had a great experience with this practice, I had my first physical scheduled but had something come up and needed to see a provider more urgently. They were able to get me in that day. Friendly, quick appointment..
I am a new patient of Dr. Condrell’s. The check in was easy and the lobby was calm. The medical assistant who took my vitals and asked questions for the records and doctor was nice and appeared accomplished. Dr. Condrell took a lot of time with me. I liked what he had to say and I feel confident that he is a very good doctor. I hope to have Dr. Condrell as my primary care doctor for many years to come.

It’s always a pleasure to meet with Dr Condrell and his staff of NPs and assistants. He’s knowledgeable and caring.. taking time to explain issues you want/need to raise.
Everything was late resulting in long waits to see Dr C once the medical assistant finished for me and my wife. We were promised a call back later in the day to confirm our next appointment a year from now. No call was made
