I have an injection once a month for my COPD. The young lady that has given me the injections for the past three months has been absolutely great. I never have any discomfort when she gives me those shots. She is so pleasant and fShow moreriendly. Dr. Willoughby is a great doctor. In the years that I’ve been going to see him he has never once rushed me through an appointment and takes as much time as necessary to discuss everything I need to know. He is so knowledgeable, soft spoken and extremely helpful.
Dr Willoughby asked questions, considered my responses which led him to another question and on and on to the point where we narrowed the problem down after eliminating so many possibilities. From there he received his medical training in Ann Arbor, Michigan, first finishing his internal medicine internship and residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, then completing his pulmonary medicine fellowship at University Hospital, University of Michigan.

My experience with Dr. Wilby and his team at the office was really very good. The people working there are friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time wasn’t very long and I get that the doctor is concerned about my help and I don’t feel rushed very little of that is true in some other doctors offices that I have to visit

This visit was to get an injection for my COPD. As usual the appointment went very quick and easy. I did have to sit there for an hour just to make sure that the injection agreed with me. There were absolutely no problems whatsoever and I was able to leave after the hour was up. Everyone in the office was friendly and the office itself was spotless. Dr. Willoughby did come in and ask me if I had any questions about the injection and I did not.
