Continued excellent patient care by Doctor Williams himself. One big downside to his practice is the high turnover rate among his medical assistance workers and front desk clerks. Large range in quality of patient care amongst tShow morehose helpers from very low to high. Today I had an excellent medical assistant but in the decade and a 1/2, I've been seeing Doctor Williams, skill level and professionalism of his Medical assistant workers and also front desk clerks has been very low. This needs attention.

My appointment was for a check up from a pervious surgery. Was examined quickly and was reassured all was fine. Very professional.
I had a good visit with staff and dr. Williams.
The office is very busy, however I did not have to wait at all and I did not feel rushed. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. They took good care of me. In addition they made an effort to get me in to see Dr. Williams during a very busy time of year. I think they all provide good medical care and I am grateful for that.

I felt like I didn't get to find out reasons for the condition of my skin, like it was just a viewing and not assessment. Like I was one of the many patients that needed to be rushed through in a few minutes. I really needed to know how to prevents flare up, what could have caused it and there was nothing. Just here's some prescriptions
