She’s very nice. Very understanding. For my first psychiatric appointments I feel very safe and she’s easy to talk to.
I am extremely happy with my therapist. She's a great listener and makes me feel comfortable.
Dragged out two appointments the first one she called within 10 mins and asked if I was free and Immediately sent forms to fill out while she was on the other line to clock it. My first, if she was able to provide my past medication‘s for me in which she replied, yes. She waited to drag it into the next for me to finally ask if medication will be talked about. She then says it’s not something she can do?? Not only that she reply’s what you said all mixed and with a question? What a joke

Comfortable expressing my feelings, and a very soothing voice and personality over the phone.
I have been working with Vontaye Smith since April 2024. I have always felt heard, validated, and professionally guided every step of the way. I am able to speak freely while still feeling comfortable asking questions and engaging in productive conversation. Vontaye is professional, personable, while also being very patient and understanding.
Onto my third doctor, Vontaye Smith was the first one that I feel i could actually talk to and benefit from. She was super respectful and kind.
Not personable.. put on hold 1 min into meeting.. prepare yourself before or use time management more professionally before leaving your patient on hold until you get around to them. People whom are seeking help do not need this treatment. Repeating what your patient is saying during the whole conversation isnt a conversation. I felt like i was speaking with someone that i was wasting their time and was sitting back filing their nails or something. That may not have been true but was the vibe
