I had an amazing face to face visit with Vivian for the first time. She greeted me with passion which made me feel free to trust her with my mental health because I realized that she really cared for me as an individual. Vivian is warm, knowledgeable and made me feel that she is concerned about my mental and emotional health. At each appointment, she always ask me if I have any questions. She is a great listener. I recommend others to visit Vivian. My health is better because of her expertise.
Vivian has been my rock over the last six months. I have definitely seen myself change from where I was when I started seeing her vs where I am now. I feel like I am being heard when I explain things, and she always has just the right insight for me when I need it. Additionally, I know she is always available should I need immediate support -- not just during scheduled appointments.

She’s amazing!
Vivian is wonderful and anyone would be lucky to have her as a psychiatrist. She is so devoted to her patients and genuinely cares. She’s spent hours working with insurance making sure I can access my medication and even driven to my CVS to talk to the pharmacists there. I feel comfortable and engaged in my treatment—she does a great job making sure my treatment is a reflection of what I want. Most importantly, she’s really good at her job. I’ve gotten so much better under her care.

Dr. V made me feel very comfortable which allowed me to open up. She is very caring and made sure I understood everything clearly. We ended up going over time because she took the time to make sure I got everything I needed.
Vivian is disarmingly kind, engaging, and perceptive, remaining positive and encouraging even when it became clear her practice parameters and my set of issues/treatment demands/acuity were a mismatch at this time.
