Vitaly Blatnoy, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and founder of the Orlando Dermatology Center in Oviedo, Lake Mary, Casselberry, and Orlando, Florida.
Dr. Blatnoy studied medicine internationally and brings this unique experience to patients at Orlando Dermatology Center. He graduated from the National Medical University of Kyiv in Ukraine at the top of his class.
