This was my second visit for some blood tests and a lung test. Just as before the staff is extremely professional. The waiting room is clean and quiet as are the other rooms I have been in. I strong recommend that you use Dr. Rao as your pulmonary physician!!!!
Dr. Rao and his staff were very polite and respectful. The information they gave me is/was very important for me to get optimal health care. They took their time and clearly explained the path to my health.
Always enjoy my appointments with Dr. Rao. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, and takes care of my pulmonary related issues. Recommend Dr. Rao to anyone.
Today I saw Dr. Rao as a followup. I am still getting over covid pneumonia. Dr. Rao and his wonderful staff has been very helpful to me over these past two weeks. There is still a few more hurdles to overcome but with such great help I know I will be just fine.

Dr Rao and his Staff are so polite. Dr Roa is a very good listener a very good at explaining his diagnosis and prognosis . I feel very confident that under his care I will get a much better and have a better quality of life.
Makes wait entirely to long on every visit after appt time. Appt time today 130, arrived at 130. left office at 230. Exam took 15 minutes. No one else in waiting area when I arrived for my appointment. Nurse very efficient and got things done quickly
Being a new patient was easy. Just filled out some paperwork. Made it back immediately after completing the paperwork. I was in and out in an hours time. Dr and nurse were very professional and speedy. I will continue to use this Dr for his specialties.

Left waiting in waiting room for over 30 mins. and people were sitting around chatting, including Dr Rao. It looked like only one girl was doing everything! After I was called back, it was 20 to 25 mins. before Dr. Rao showed up. Left me wondering what would happen if they were busy???!!!

It was easier to do the phone visit then having to take amy out in the public with loading her wheel chair and all.
I have a lung disease and am very thankful I was referred to Dr. Roe by a friend. The first visit he spent over an hour talking and explaining my disease to my husband and I. I had a lung biopsy almost 5 years ago and was never told things I was told by Dr. Roe. I am looking forward to seeing what the next few months will show.
