Both my husband and I see her and we both are very skeptical about therapy. But she was wonderful. We know therapy only works if we put the work in ourselves but she is really involved and gives guidance. Instead of being told to come up with answers ourselves, we are given real life skills and feedback on how to approach our problems. Will definitely continue to return to her regularly
