I felt heard and taken care of. I was running late and would arrive 15 minutes after my appointment time. The staff said don’t worry it would be okay. That doesn’t happen too often anymore. I generally make it a habit to be 15 minShow moreutes early, it didn’t work out that way. The staff is always so nice and always very professional. I don’t mind going there.
My child is always treated kindly at his appointments and states the staff is very nice. I appreciate the thorough, professional advice I receive from the doctor and nurse. Had a very good experience with VTG at the SAAAC. My appointment was timely and VTG went over a new medication with me. And I also received my allergy shots. Got a lot done in a small amount of time.
