Horrible experience. My mother had an appointment with this provider Veronica Sanchez, she was trying to explain her situation and concern about her health. Veronica didn't even acknowledge her!! My mom was still trying to talk to her and she just walked out the room. My mother was very upset and felt humiliated by this provider. By the way my mom has never said anything negative about any providers. This is our very first review on anything, but I don't want anyone to experience this.

Due to new management structure of providing injections solely to patients, if the patient does not want injections then they are not treated properly.
She was very friendly, thorough and explained anything and everything to me that I had questions about. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to deal with and quick which I loved. Wish everyone would get down to business like her.
Every office visit is felt with compassion for my pain and they always take the time to listen to my concerns and help with a solution. The office staff at the ela office is amazing always cracking jokes and making me feel welcomed. Best staff

Today was the 2nd time I saw her for a refill on my medication. Both times I sat and waited 45 minutes to 1 hour to see her, just for a refill.
