I am one of their new clients, so I don't have a long history of working with Trumon and his staff, but I was really impressed with their new business. Everything was professional and I was made to feel very comfortable, and their attitude was that they really cared about their patients. I would recommend they to all my friends, clients and family. I’ve unfortunately spent a lot of time at medical facilities and interacted with countless medical professionals. That said, I was quite impressed with my first visit to True Care. During a time when a lot of medical facilities quality is sliding downhill fast True Care stands out and seems to be moving in the the right direction.

Otto Craft is a personable nurse practitioner who is very knowledgable about ailments and problems of an older clientele. He may the visit very comfortable and I came away feeling that he really listened to me and I valued his expertise.
Very easy to get set up. Front office does a great job updating me on scheduling. Truman Craft is a great person to visit with about issues and seems to really care about finding the right therapy for me.
A+ Otto is an AMAZING provider. He truly approaches care as a partnership between the two of you. Working together, he carefully listens to what you have to say and takes your thoughts and opinions into strong consideration when suggesting a treatment plan. He's careful to never judge and has a heart to truly help and serve his patients.
