Trisha is extremely good at what she provides in therapy. She has a lot of knowledge in behavioral psychology, sociology, and general health. She cares and is supportive. She challenges you at your pace and provides a lot of tools you can use towards betterment of your mental health. It was easy for me to open up and be in a space where I can unpack trauma and negativite behaviors associated with trauma. We work on realistic goals and plans to build myself back to a healthier and happier me.
Trisha was very welcoming, empathetic, and had great suggestions. I'm so glad I was able to get an appointment with her. She is first rate!
